What are the business opportunities?

East Midlands Development Agency has played a lead role on behalf of London 2012's Nations and Regions Group in developing the Business Opportunities Network. The network will allow businesses to access up to date information on the Games and signpost businesses to the support services in the region.

The current business opportunity bulletins for individual London 2012 contracts posted by LOCOG can be viewed below.  All other opportutnities are posted directly on the CompeteFor website.

How to access the opportunities

CompeteFor is a website that enables businesses to compete for contract opportunities linked to London 2012 and other major public and private sector buying organisations.

The CompeteFor portal began as a tool to give the business community access to supply chain opportunities generated by London 2012. It is now being used by a number of wider public sector organisations to help SMEs benefit from the tens of thousands of contracts generated by government spend.
