If you or your organisation have received funding from Igniting Ambition we need you to help us collect data on your audiences and their experience of your project. This will help us to evaluate the success of the Igniting Ambition programme from 2008-2012.

In partnership with our evaluators we have developed an audience survey, please download the form using the button below and ask your audience members and participants to complete it and send back to the address on the form.
