Jump In

Jump In is the East Midlands’ Children’s Theatre and Dance Festival, with venues up and down the region playing host to award-winning international companies who bring their truly inspirational and wonderfully accessible work to audiences of families and children.

When the UK welcomes the world to the Olympic and Paralympic Games, we look forward to welcoming this world-class artistic talent to the East Midlands in this first ever truly region-wide festival of work dedicated to children and their families. 

The Jump In venues are Buxton Opera House; Lincoln Drill Hall; The Spark Children’s Arts Festival, Curve, Leicester; Wheee! at Lakeside Arts Centre, Nottingham;  Derby Theatre; Déda, Derby; The Core at Corby Cube; Royal and Derngate, Northampton; South Holland Arts Centre; Spalding and Buxton Arts Pavillion. 

The programme includes Aracaladanza (Spain), Catherine Wheels Theatre Company (Scotland), TPO Company (Italy) and Bunk Puppets (Canada).
